Built by One Person.
Designed for Millions.
DeadZone Assault started as a simple question: why isn't there a great FPS roguelite on mobile?
The big studios make FPS games that feel like console ports with clunky touch controls. The indie studios make incredible roguelites — but they're all top-down or side-scrolling. Nobody was building what I wanted to play: a fast, satisfying first-person shooter with the "one more run" addiction of Hades, the build variety of Risk of Rain, and the dark atmosphere of COD Zombies — all designed for my phone.
So I built it.
DeadZone Assault is a solo indie project. Every system — the elemental combat, the procedural dungeons, the relic synergies, the touch controls — was designed from scratch for the mobile experience. No watered-down port. No auto-play. Just a real FPS that respects your time and your skill.
I'm building this game in public. Follow the journey on TikTok and Discord to see behind-the-scenes development, vote on new features, and play early builds before anyone else.
