Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing DeadZone Assault ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

DeadZone Assault is rated T for Teen (12+). You must be at least 12 years of age to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game and make any purchases.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Game or any part of it.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available, including cosmetic items, the seasonal Battle Pass, and an ad-removal upgrade. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. In-app purchases do not provide competitive gameplay advantages.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Manipulate leaderboards, seasonal rankings, or daily challenges through illegitimate means
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Virtual Items

All virtual items, currency (Bones), relics, weapons, skins, and other in-game content are licensed, not sold. We retain ownership of all virtual items. You have no property interest in any virtual item. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time.

7. Account & Progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via cloud save. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device failure, uninstallation, or technical issues. We recommend enabling cloud save to protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in DeadZone Assault — including but not limited to artwork, music, sound effects, code, game design, characters, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any Game content without prior written permission.

9. Advertisements

The free version of the Game may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). Ad content is not controlled by us. You may remove ads through a one-time in-app purchase.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or interruption of service.

12. Updates & Modifications

We may update the Game and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated through in-game notifications or our website.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Game.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
